Perplexed by a string of grisly murders elaborately executed by the elusive mass-killer nicknamed “Buffalo Bill”, the vulnerable and untried F.B.I. trainee, Clarice Starling, is assigned by the Special Agent, Jack Crawford, to assist in the manhunt.
