A gradual uphill climb passing a waterfall from mountain streams. Nine Corner Lake has crystal clear water with several large rock outcroppings along the shore, and its deep water makes for great swimming. The area is a popular spot for bouldering. The trail continues along the south side of the lake enabling a longer hike if desired.
